otherwise noted, all the documentation and software included
in the FlatCode Java Obfuscator package is copyrighted by
Stephan Samvelyan ("Author").

Please read the terms of
this agreement carefully before installing any subversion of Flatcode
Java Obfuscator version 5 ("Obfuscator"). If You agree to these
terms, select the "Accept" button at the end of this agreement. If You do not
agree to all these terms, You may select the "Not Accept" button and do not
install this Obfuscator.
The Obfuscator is distributed in the hope that it will be useful and the Author
grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable right to
install and use the Obfuscator free of charge on one or more computers provided any copy must contain this Agreement and be used strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License.
The code having been processed by the Obfuscator remains the property of its author(s), and its license is determined by the author(s) and may remain unchanged.
Any code processed by the Obfuscator is supplied with an attachment ("Attachment") required to execute this code.
The Attachment comprises from three files (CB_user_program_name.dll, CB.class, and PackAgent.jar) inside the 'lib' directory attached to the program ("Program") having been processed by the Obfuscator.
By accepting this license agreement You give permission to add this Attachment to the Program.
Restrictions on use
You shall not:
(1) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source
code, decrypt, or encrypt all or any part of the Obfuscator;
(2) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement,
Java Obfuscator version 5 ("Obfuscator"). If You agree to these
terms, select the "Accept" button at the end of this agreement. If You do not
agree to all these terms, You may select the "Not Accept" button and do not
install this Obfuscator.

Terms and termination
The agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Author. The Author may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason,
suspend or terminate the Agreement with or without prior notice.
Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall cease the use of the Obfuscator
and delete all copies of the Obfuscator from Your computers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE OBFUSCATOR IS PROVIDED ON "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND THAT YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON THE OBFUSCATOR AND ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THEREBY IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND DISCRETION. THE
AUTHOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTIES REGARDING THE OBFUSCATOR AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR
STATUTORY AND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHOR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE OBFUSCATOR OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT WILL
MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE OBFUSCATOR OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSED OR
OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OBFUSCATOR WILL BE AS REPRESENTED OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (IV) ANY ERRORS IN THE OBFUSCATOR OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED
BY YOU FROM AUTHOR OR FROM THE OBFUSCATOR SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY FOR THE OBFUSCATOR.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS AND DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS
OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE OBFUSCATOR AND ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT, WHETHER OR NOT THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE AUTHOR WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
